Queen farming
I'll make this brief.
Everytime I'm in Augury, that is all I see: lf queen farm, lf 3 man farm.
Why? Do these scarabs drop anything better than your average troll/griffon farm? Farming for Kephket's refuge is no longer profitable, IMO, since now it's dirt cheap.
So my original question: Any decent drops with these farm runs?

Queen farm, the queen drops Kephet's Refuge, sells for 20-30k unless price changed. The other scarabs drop decent.

^ Its all about timing. Execution of a build is almost as difficult as creating it, and definitely as important. I personally have gotten the most sucky drops ever.

the trick is kill the nest scarabs first , then you can heal sigit to victory,
tip; pull the nest scarabs away from his traps , attack (they are easy to kill and have no defence) just kill and get cracing on the marrow scarabs , easy as pie.

Sweet...I finally got the staff. I tried farming the queen for the first time today just for the heck of it and the first time I was in a 3-man team (tank, nuker and monk(me). We beat it just fine, but the staff dropped to someone else. I tried 6 or 7 more times (some even 4-man teams) and failed miserably each time. It amazes me how some people can get that far in the game and not know how to pull the enemy and watch aggro. Last team I was on was a 4-man team (tank, 2 nukers and monk(me again)). Luckily for me the staff dropped to me. Overall, I guess farming the queen isn't too difficult if you play with the right people.
